We invite you on this expedition, which takes you through the rainforest in search of the mast wildlife, especially the elusive resplendent Quetzal, which is known as the most spectacular bird in the New World.
This tour takes you through some of San José and Cartago's most beautiful scenic roads,
On reaching this destination which is in the Talamanca Mountain Range, you’ll hike through the winding trails, in a forest that will awe the experienced hiker and beginner alike.
You will encounter the silence of this sanctuary. After the hike you may relax and/or fish for trout, in the clear waters of a beautiful artificial lake.
Then you have lunch at a restaurant that serves excellent typical food.
After lunch you’ll go on another hike and finally, head back to your hotel through a secondary road for you to view more of the country side.
