Day 1 San José
Arrival to San José.
Welcome at the airport by our bilingual guide and transfer to your hotel located in downtown San Jose.

Day 2 San Jose / Arenal Volcano
Arenal Volcano - 3h00 by road from San Jose
Breakfast, your 4x4 will be delivered at your hotel. Departure to the plains of San Carlos to continue to La Fortuna town and Arenal Volcano. Check in at the hotel. Tip: Before you get to Arenal you can visit the wonderful waterfalls of La Paz Gardens: This beautiful park is located between 4429 ft and 4921 ft (1,350/1,500 meters) of altitude from where you can see a series of waterfalls, a butterfly farm, a frog, a garden of hummingbirds, toucans, monkeys, etc. Overnight in Lodge
Day 3 Arenal
Breakfast at the hotel
1-     Visit the Arenal National Park. It is a cone-shaped volcano, rising from the plains. This is the most active volcano in the country. During the day, often clouds of ash and smoke filled the sky above the crater. At night, when the sky is clear, eruptions of lava and rocks explode in the sky and fall along the cone. Afternoon dedicated to a great tour of the suspension bridges in an unforgettable setting in front of the volcano.
2-    Bath in the wonderful hot springs of Tabacon and Baldi or cascades of hot water to 102° F (39° C) downing from the volcano. When the sky is clear, you will attend in this wonderful scene, the spectacle of incandescent lava tracing a path along the slopes of the volcano. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 4 Arenal National Park / Manuel Antonio National Park
4 hours ride from Arenal to Manuel Antonio
Breakfast and then departure to Manuel Antonio. This trendy beach offers within its National Park, some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. Numerous hotels, restaurants and bars have stunning views over the Park and the Pacific Ocean. The cornice of Manuel Antonio, the town and the port of Quepos are some of the major tourist sites in Costa Rica.

Day 5 Manuel Antonio National Park
Breakfast and then visit the spectacular Manuel Antonio National Park, that is harmoniously combining the possibility of sea bathing in the warm and limpid waters of the Pacific and walks in the rainforest surrounded by 3 beautiful beaches of white sand. Especially designed trails allow you to reach the rocky outcrop overlooking the beach. Manuel Antonio is undoubtedly one of the most accessible of Costa Rica, to observe wildlife, including sloths, raccoons, coatis, capuchin monkeys and squirrel monkeys.

Day 6 Manuel National Park Antonio / Playa Dominical
Breakfast, after it you will leave to Dominical area and check in at your hotel.
Tip: Ballena National Marine Park: This Park is located on the Pacific coast between Punta Uvita and Punta Piñuela. It has a land area of 271 acres and 13282 acres of sea (110 ha/ 5,375 ha of sea). The Park protects varied environments such as sandy beaches, islands, marine life, etc. There are several marine species and waterfowl. Overnight at your hotel
Day 7 Playa Dominical / Osa Peninsula
1h30 trip road to Sierpe, then 1h30 boat from Sierpe to Corcovado.
Breakfast and then departure to Sierpe’s airstrip. Here a boat from the lodge will be waiting for you and then a motorized canoe will take you through the canals to the Pacific Ocean along the coast of the peninsula. Arrive at the lodge around mid-day, lunch and hiking by the paths of the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 8 Corcovado National Park
After breakfast you will visit this Park, that cover a big part of the Osa Peninsula. Corcovado National Park protects a total of 134672 acres (54,500 ha) of land and 6177 acres (2,500 ha) of sea. It is considered by many as the jewel of the country. After being cleared to their protection in 1975 and fought for the gold seekers in 1985, now protects the vast surface of the Tropical Rainforests of Costa Rica. It has an extremely rich flora, which has allowed the development of an animal no less exceptional, easily visible from the trails. With 140 species of mammals, 367 species of birds, 117 species of reptiles and amphibians, a multitude of species of fish and insects, the Corcovado National Park is a paradise for lovers of flora and fauna. It is also a paradise for hikers, who find here the ideal place to make long walks through lowland rainforest. Lunch on the road then back to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 8 Caño Island
Breakfast and departure to the Caño Island Biological Reserve which is located in the Pacific Ocean, facing the Corcovado National Park on the Osa Peninsula. It has an area of 494 acres into 6671 acres of land and at sea (200 ha in 2,700 ha). This island is very important from the archaeological point of view, thanks to the Indigenous Cemetery dating back to prehistoric times. Moreover, as it is a biological reserve, are home to several marine species, and of course a great variety of birds. Lunch at the site, you can use the white sandy beach of the island with the possibility of snorkeling; with some of luck while back to the lodge you can see the whales. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Day 10
San José: 1h30 by boat +20’ bus +1h flight.
After breakfast you will get in board taking you back to Sierpe, then by bus to the airstrip and fly back to San Jose. Transfer and lodging at your hotel
Day 11
Breakfast and transfer for your flight home.
